Copyright Policy for using this website: Text, graphics, and HTML code are protected by US and International Copyright Laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit permission of Firefighter Assistance Coalition, a special project of the PAVC PAC.  

Where the material is not licensed by the  Firefighter Assistance Coalition, a special project of the PAVC PAC under an access agreement or CC license, or where the material is not owned by the Firefighter Assistance Coalition, a special project of the PAVC PAC, you should contact us prior to any usage.  

Any permitted reproduction of copyright material, including fair dealing, must:  

• Acknowledge the relevant rights’ owner as the source of any such material reproduced.

• Reference the copyright or license conditions under which the material is provided on this site.

Each violation could result in a $150,000.00 fine per offense prosecuted in a court of law.
